Good now. Happy this Moment. I’ve heard from a few of my friends that their loved one passed away. Death is always such a shock to the body, but in spirit it is an agreement between the soul and their God. As much as we are not ready, the timing is never an accident. It is divinely agreed upon. Bless those who are leaving the body and supporting us in spirit. Those who pass do some tremendous healing of the ones they leave behind. They remind us that bodies are finite and precious, that life is to be lived fully and well. At the end of life, what we take with us is our connections with friends and loved ones. Our memories and Earthly lessons are etched on the timeline of our soul and carried with us always. In body it is a leaving, a moving on, a sadness. In spirit, it is a movement of unconditional love from one dimension to another. The essence of who we are is always the same. In passing, the soul or spirit is free and unencumbered of the bodily constraints and density. After the grief, often we can still feel, sense, hear and know their presence in our lives. We have our memories yes, but we also have their spirit just beyond the thinning veil of oneness. Our test is to believe, to suspend the body perspective and know there is more, to ask for signs, words, dreams and acknowledgment that they are with us. I am sending healing and prayers for peaceful understanding to those who have lost a loved one.
