Good now. Happy this moment. I choose to fill my soul with love, with wisdom, with certainty. There will be moments of sadness, of pain, of anger, of hatred in the world, but I will paint in colors of peace, of healing, of faith because I do not believe we are meant to suffer. Our core, our being, is a pure loving essence. Let me spill this into my day, to laugh when fear wants to take hold and skip joyously into my moments no matter what the outside influences are. Let me cherish my blessings and my time on this Earth remembering it is finite. May I remember the bigness of my dreams when I’m feeling small and the power I have over my thoughts. May living my life well with a joyful heart inspire others to recall their joy. Let love and peaceful persistence rule the day on this journey called life. Jody Doty
